This is the best Bible study and personal growth book that I have ever read. It is a book of questions for individuals or couples to go through. You are supposed to answer the questions then give the book to your spouse to answer the same questions. Then, you discuss the answers. I have gone through it with my husband and it was very helpful in getting us to open up with each other and discuss our feelings. I would highly recommend this book for any married couple, engaged couple, or those who have been married for years. You will learn a lot about yourself and your spouse.
