I am very pleased with this Pilates machine. It is very solid and well-made. I was worried that it would not be as stable as the one at the gym, but it is much more stable and heavy. I can adjust the length of the straps and it feels very secure. I love that there are several levels of resistance. It has been helping me strengthen my back and arms. I am hoping to lose some weight and gain flexibility with this machine. It's a great addition to my home gym!
